Today, the building is home to MORSL, which occupies a suite on the third floor. The MORSL office retains its apartment layout and many period features such as high ceilings and hardwood floors throughout, including in its prayer and meditation space. You can also see the nautical motif repeated in the original fireplace surround in the MORSL interfaith lounge, occupying what was once a parlor, and adding to the cozy home-like atmosphere.
