Dear Clerkship Students,
Following our message on Friday, you were advised to expect information from your supervisor if they would be supervising you or not on Monday. Many of you have already heard back from your rotation supervisor or your site/course director letting you know if you should be present for your rotation on Monday Sept 15.
If you did not receive any information from your supervisor, please present yourself on Monday as per your usual working schedule.
If you receive information this weekend advising you that you will not be supervised on Monday, you do not need to go to your clinical site on Monday.

If you are in the rotation with one supervisor for the week and you know that they will not be supervising students, you can fill out the form once for the full week. If you are in a rotation with different supervisors on each day, you can fill it out daily (except if it was already confirmed t you that all your supervisors for the week will not be supervising, then you can complete it once for the entire week). This information will help us contingency plan as we will be assessing the impact on each student’s rotation(s).
