Consultations and Advising Services
Our Wellness Consultants provide a safe and confidential space to support learners in resolving issues that may be interfering with their well-being and learning. The Wellness Consultants serve different units (UGME and PGME) as well as campuses (Montreal and Outaouais) within the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences. Please be sure to book with your respective Wellness Consultant according to your program and campus. Once you book an appointment with a Wellness Consultant, they will become your person of contact for all future sessions. Kindly book follow-up appointments with the same person, unless instructed otherwise.
Virtual Appointments
For a virtual appointment with a Wellness Consultant, you must be physically located in the province of Qu茅bec at the time of the appointment. This is due to restrictions imposed by the professional orders who license our Wellness Consultants to practice in certain jurisdictions.
If you are not currently located in Qu茅bec, please review 9I制作厂免费 supported telehealth options. Assistant Deans can exceptionally meet with you if you are outside of Qu茅bec, but may be limited in the services and help they can offer.
Academic Difficulty
The Assistant Deans provide guidance and advocacy for learners who are undergoing academic difficulty or who have encountered mistreatment within the learning environment.
If you wish to report an incident of mistreatment, please visit the Office for Respectful Environments (ORE).
