Graduate Excellence Fund (GEF) 鈥� Recruitment Awards
To attract and support top graduate students in Pathology, the Graduate and Teaching Committee (GTC) has approved new Graduate Excellence Fund (GEF) allocations for incoming students. These awards are subject to available funds and are provided in the first year of the program.
Proposed Allocation
- All PhD students: $12,000
- MSc Canadian (including Quebec residents): $12,000 if incoming student has a cGPA of 3.7 or above
- MSc Out-of-Province (OOP): $6,500 (to offset tuition; student will not receive both the $12,000 and $6,500)
- Additional Bonus: $3,000 directly to the student (on top of stipend) if the student chooses Pathology and has a cGPA of 3.5 or above
