Simple Problem Identification

A simple approach demonstrates how to illustrate (literally draw), discuss and solve problems in your working environment. These problems may be small, but can be frustrating and impact on performance, time and morale. This technique brings these problems out into the open, helping teams to identify and solve them.


Prioritization Tool (Impact-Effort Matrix)

The Impact-Effort Matrix can be used to help a group decide where to focus efforts when there are many possible actions that can be taken. SWOT Analysis

A SWOT analysis will help you identify internal and external factors in the environment that can help with the development of your goals and objectives. Use this SWOT Analysis tool to identify your Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT). Many criteria can apply to more than one quadrant. The presence of weaknesses and threats are gaps to be addressed in planning, while the absence of strengths or opportunities clarifies the need for further planning or development before taking action. Complete the SWOT analysis, and then use your results to help develop your goals.
