Thank you for your interest in the Max Bell School of Public Policy鈥檚 Evaluation Capacity Case Challenge (EC鲁). We are excited that you would like to apply. Individuals who meet all the following criteria are welcome to apply:

Current part or full-time student at the senior undergraduate, graduate, or professional level OR early-career professionals (graduated within the past 5 years)

Reside most of the year in Canada or the U.S.

Have completed an introductory course in evaluation by January 2026 鈥� this can be a professional development workshop, formal academic course, or similar
Please note that the case challenge will be conducted in English only, however, applications submitted in French will be reviewed.
If you meet the criteria above and are interested in being considered for the 2026 EC鲁 cohort, please apply below. To be considered for the 2026 challenge you must submit your application no later than November 7, 2025 at 11:59PM PT. Please note that the case challenge will be in English only, although applications in French for participants will be considered.
