Introduce them to The successful TA: A practical approach to effective teaching (2022) ().

  • Suggest they read Designing lessons and learning activities (Ch. 3).
  • Organize a 鈥渘ew TA鈥� orientation in your unit this Fall (Appendix: Developing training opportunities for TAs).
  • Discuss active learning strategies described in the book with your TAs.
