DESCRIPTION:The Strengths-Based Nursing and Healthcare team is pleased to h
 ave a large presence at the upcoming International Council of Nurses Congr
 ess. The International Council of Nurses and the Canadian Nurses Associati
 on are delighted to hold the event face-to-face in Montreal from July 1 – 
 5\, 2023.\n\nThroughout the congress 11 abstracts will be presented with a
  focus on Strengths-Based Nursing and Healthcare creating a real opportuni
 ty to bring SBNH to the conversation. The presentations touch on the imple
 mentation of SBNH across leadership\, education and learning\, and clinica
 l practice. Abstracts have been submitted by members of our research team\
