These AI data-driven solutions are effective due to the continuously widening attack vectors and the exponentially growing amount of security-related data that has grown beyond the cybercrime inve stigators' capability to analyze and validate. However\, these data-driven solutions are typically black-box methods with a single output that provi des little to zero actionable information except the logged alert. This is sue limits the cybersecurity practitioner's ability to understand\, analyz e\, trace down\, and correlate cyber-attacks to provide better security pr otection over the assets against the constantly evolving adversaries.\n \n I n this talk\, I will present our recent research progress on how we enable AI solution interoperability for cybersecurity practitioners and avoid po tential biases collected from the data and the learning process in cyberse curity challenges such as vulnerability detection\, malware authorship for ensics\, intrusion detection\, and crisis incident response. The objective is to develop data-driven solutions that provide interpretable connection s between input indicators and model output to enable informed user judgem ents and further action planning. Future research direction will also be h ighlighted in this talk.\n\n \n DTSTART:20220919T133000Z DTEND:20220919T150000Z LOCATION:Rm. 106\, Peel 3661\, CA\, QC\, Montreal\, H3A 1X1\, 3661 rue Peel SUMMARY:Job Talk: Human Information Interaction (HII) in Cyber Threat Intel ligence (CTI): How We Enable AI Interoperability for Cybersecurity Practit ioners URL:/sis/channels/event/job-talk-human-information-int eraction-hii-cyber-threat-intelligence-cti-how-we-enable-ai-341981 END:VEVENT END:VCALENDAR
