The School of Information Studies is聽very pleased to announce that our PhD Student, Feng Fei, along with her supervisor Prof. Benjamin Fung (PI) and Prof. Catherine Guastavino (Co-PI) have been awarded $10,000 CDN funding from the 9I制作厂免费 Collaborative for AI and Society (McCAIS) for their project, 鈥淐ity-scale Urban Sound Synthesis Using Multimodal Generative AI鈥�. As part of the聽Computational & Data Systems Initiative, the award encourages interdisciplinary research aimed at understanding and positively influencing the impact of AI on Society. Congratulations!
