 utreach)\, for a Shinrin Yoku (Forest Bathing) walk in the Gault Nature Re
 serve. Forest Bathing helps us slow down\, open our senses and follow our 
 curiosities. What a great way to take a nourishing break\, recharge and ce
 lebrate autumn.\n	\n	October 27\, 9:30-12:00\n	For adults. Space is limited a
 nd registration is required by October 19th. Please register only if you a
 re sure you will be able to attend.\n	\n	Details:\n\n\n	This first session is
  being offered free of charge by Amélie Chalifoux and 9IÖÆ×÷³§Ãâ·Ñ (a
  value of $44.55/person that includes entry to the Reserve).\n	Bring a wate
 r bottle\, bug spray and a small waterproof mat or folding tripod stool if
  you have one so that you can sit at different moments. We will also have 
 small mats to share with you if needed.\n	Dress appropriately for the weath
 er and wear long pants and good shoes/boots for walking on dirt and leaves
  – slightly uphill.\n\n\n\n	This walk will be postponed to October 28th in 
 the event of heavy rain.\n	\n	Your registration will be confirmed the week o
 f October 23rd.\n
