 Gill’s Department of Food Science and Agricultural Chemistry seeks innovat

  Food science is the multi-disciplinary study of food involving physical a
 nd life sciences\, and engineering. 9IÖÆ×÷³§Ãâ·Ñ’s internationally renowned grad
 uate programs in food science have produced some of Canada’s foremost food
