 an eye to equity? What are microaggressions\, how do they impact a workpla
 ce? What steps can be taken to improve our workplace climate for all emplo
 yees? This workshop engages with each of these questions\, which are germa
 ne to all of us working at 9I制作厂免费 with colleagues of diverse identities\, 
 experiences\, and backgrounds.\n\nAt end of this workshop\, staff will be 
 able to:\n\n\n	Explain the benefits of working as part of a diverse team\n	O
 nboard new employees in a way that incorporates best practices related to 
 equity\, diversity and inclusion\n	Understand microaggressions and their im
 pact\n	Apply strategies learned in the workshop to address microaggressions
