 pants with:\n\n\n	A generic “5-step” framework for managing projects that i
 s consistent with the worldwide “Project Management Institute Book of Know
 ledge”\, and can be applied on any project\;\n	The ability to “read” projec
 t environments\, detect and diagnose barriers and roadblocks\, and prepare
  strategies for moving their projects forward\;\n	The skills and methods to
  apply at their workplaces immediately.\n	A broad context of the subject an
 d potential avenues for continued learning.\n\n\nBy the end of this course
 \, participants will be able to:\n\n\n	Position projects and deadlines with
 in a common “5-step” framework\;\n	Quickly map out an action plan for movin
 g a project forward\, or getting a project back on track\;\n	Use and adapt 
 key templates and processes supporting the 5-step framework\;\n	Understand 
 the role and challenges of the “project manager” function\; and\n	Understan
 d how a project management tool (ex: Microsoft Project) may help him/her f
