 , experiences\, and backgrounds.\n\n	At end of this workshop\, staff will b
 e able to:\n\n	\n		Explain the benefits of working as part of a diverse team
 \n		Onboard new employees in a way that incorporates best practices related 
 to equity\, diversity and inclusion\n		Understand microaggressions and their
  impact\n		Apply strategies learned in the workshop to address microaggressi
 ons and improve workplace climate in their respective local workplace cont
