 It also poses interesting challenges for leaders working across difference
 s\, understanding intergenerational communication and getting the most out
  of their teams. The facilitators will use creative methods to explore wit
 h participants key themes related to the intergenerational workforce. At t
 he end of this session\, individuals will have had an opportunity to look 
 at\, understand\, challenge and work with intergenerational differences in
  teams. Expect to think outside of the box\, play with ideas and have fun
