 inclusion and understanding\, specifically related to disclosing a disabil
 ity. By engaging in a variety of activities and discussions\, participants
  will gain a deeper understanding of their own positionality and how it af
 fects their interactions with others. They will also learn about relevant 
 laws and policies related to disability disclosure\, as well as best pract
 ices for promoting inclusion and understanding. By the end of the workshop
 \, participants will be equipped with\n\nactionable steps they can take to
  create a more inclusive and accommodating environment for all.\n\nPartici
 pants will also:\n\n\n	Learn how to effectively communicate within a contex
 t that may lead to a disclosure and/or accommodation requests\n	Develop eff
 ective strategies for disclosing disabilities\n	Develop strategies for crea
 ting an inclusive culture\n	Understand how to identify and address barriers
