 h:\n\n\n	A generic “5-step” framework for managing projects that is consist
 ent with the worldwide “Project Management Institute Book of Knowledge”\, 
 and can be applied on any project\;\n	The ability to “read” project environ
 ments\, detect and diagnose barriers and roadblocks\, and prepare strategi
 es for moving their projects forward\;\n	The skills and methods to apply at
  their workplaces immediately.\n	A broad context of the subject and potenti
 al avenues for continued learning.\n\n\nBy the end of this course\, partic
 ipants will be able to:\n\n\n	Position projects and deadlines within a comm
 on “5-step” framework\;\n	Quickly map out an action plan for moving a proje
 ct forward\, or getting a project back on track\;\n	Use and adapt key templ
 ates and processes supporting the 5-step framework\;\n	Understand the role 
 and challenges of the “project manager” function\; and\n	Understand how a p
 roject management tool (ex: Microsoft Project) may help him/her fulfill th
