 ocus on a practical approach to surface modification related to sensors.\n
 \nStudents should expect to gain\n\n\n	a familiarity of language associated
  with the study and methodologies of surface chemistry\n	understanding of w
 hy surface chemistry/modification is an area worth great consideration in 
 sensors research\n	basic familiarity with implementing surface modification
  protocols\n	tools for further study on individual research questions\n\n\n
