 d Luckow is a family physician at the Montreal West Island CIUSSS in their
  youth mental health clinic\, and a clinical lecturer at the 9I制作厂免费 Univer
 sity Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences. He is the head physician at 
 the Centre de r茅adaptation en d茅pendance de Montr茅al\, a public drug and a
 lcohol rehabilitation centre. As a certified Medical Review Officer\, he p
 rovides drug-test reviewing services and independent medical evaluations.
 \n\nDr. Luckow will address issues related to the use of alcohol or drugs 
 as a coping mechanism. He will discuss how to recognize when this is becom
 ing a problem\, and will share information about treatment options.\n\nThi
