Participant s will make “Pudding Chomeur\,” the dessert part of the meal prepared for L’Oeuvre Soupe Maison\, a Lachine-based organization helping the homeless and low-income population by providing food and clothing.\n\nOnce the dess ert is done\, those who will have volunteered will get to experience the m eal prepared for l’Oeuvre Soupe maison\, a hearty beef stew and\, of cours e\, “Pudding Chomeur.”\n\nThis entire operation has been planned\, impleme nted and by Dietetics students as part of NUTR 345/346 courses.\n\nRSVP to volunteer by January 26\n\nSchedule\n\n11:00–10:15: Introduction (CC-212) \n\n11:15–12:45: Cooking dessert in the Food Lab (CC-215)\n\n12:45: Volunt eer lunch is served (CC-212)\n\nAbout MacShares\n\nMacShares is a team-bui lding group activity in which Mac faculty\, staff and students volunteer a couple of hours of their time to contribute to creating 100+ meals which are then served by local community organizations to people in need.
