 heads the FAO elearning Academy in the Food and Agriculture Organization o
 f the United Nations. Ms Petracchi manages and coordinates the design\, de
 velopment\, delivery and language adaptations of an extensive portfolio e-
 learning courses and blended learning programmes\, related to the Sustaina
 ble Development Goals\, Nutrition and Sustainable Food Systems\, food safe
 ty\, gender equity and women empowerment\, Food Loss and Waste\, Climate C
 hange\, sustainable management of natural resources\, agricultural risk ma
 nagement\, social protection and resilience\, child labor\, for the benefi
 t of FAO member countries. Ms Petracchi engages actively in consolidating 
 partnerships across United Nations agencies\, academic institutions and un
 iversities\, regional organizations\, CSOs and NGOs\, for capacity develop
 ment initiatives and has created a number of University Masters' and Post 
 Graduate Degree Programmes. In addition to a University Degree in Biologic
 al Sciences\, Ms Petracchi holds a PhD in Nutrition and Food Science\, and
  has several years of capacity development experience in various countries
