 OUT THE SPEAKER:\n\nNadia Ponce Morales has more than 12 years of experien
 ce in the international development sector and she is passionate about adv
 ancing youth engagement.\n\nAs a founding member of the EQWIP HUBs project
  design team\, she’s currently developing new partnerships and initiatives
  to attract young talent to one of 12 EQWIP HUBs innovation centers locate
 d in Bolivia\, Ghana\, Indonesia\, Peru\, Tanzania and Senegal. The unique
  setting of EQWIP HUBs allows Canadian students and graduates with differe
 nt levels of experience to share their knowledge and talent to solving the
  increasingly complex issue of youth unemployment and underemployment.\n\n
 Having previously worked for global leaders in sustainable development\, i
 ncluding Canada World Youth and SUCO\, Nadia has successfully used her kno
 wledge and expertise to create initiatives and projects that benefit young
  people and women in more than 15 countries. Nadia holds a Master’s degree
  in International Relations and a Graduate Diploma in Management and Susta
 inable Development. She is an alumna of the Governor General’s Canadian Co
 nference on Leadership.\n
