 oject more competitive?\n	How do I identify and initiate contact with poten
 tial industrial partners?\n	What federal and provincial programs are availa
 ble for leveraging industrial cash contributions (e.g. NSERC Engage\, Mita
 cs\, CRD and provincial consortia)?\n	What are the challenges in multi-part
