CINE Student Symposium
Join Us for the First CINE Student Symposium!
The Center for Indigenous Peoples鈥� Nutrition and Environment (CINE) invites the 9I制作厂免费 community to the first edition of the CINE Student Symposium,聽a new annual initiative led by the student committee at CINE. This event aims聽to strengthen the visibility and impact of student-led research聽and foster deeper engagement with collaborative projects conducted alongside Indigenous communities.
We invite graduate and undergraduate students to present their research projects. Whether your work explores Indigenous food systems, public health, environmental sustainability, Indigenous methodologies, or food sovereignty, we welcome your voice.
The event will be held聽on聽November 20, 2025, from 1:30- 3:30 PM聽in a hybrid format, with in-person participation at the聽faculty Lounge (MS2-022), Macdonald Campus.
The symposium will be followed by a聽networking session聽for attendees to engage with presenters, faculty, and Indigenous Advisory Board members. Food will be provided to support a welcoming and engaging environment.
This is a unique opportunity to:

The session will include a facilitated discussion on how 9I制作厂免费, FAES, CINE, and students can contribute to reconciliation through research and education.
