 s workshop is designed to provide intensive engagement with socio-legal sc
 holars’ research examining the cultural role\, processes\, and politics of
  law or the legal elements of culture that result in exclusion and inclusi
 on.\n\nPanel themes include a focus on law\, citizenship\, and immigration
 \; legal construction of rights related to gender and sexuality\; legal co
 nstraints on state power\; and the cultural politics of law and courts. If
