  脿 l鈥橴niversit茅 de Paris II (Panth茅on-Assas)\, Directeur du Master 2 Conte
 ntieux\, arbitrage et modes alternatifs de r猫glement des conflits et R茅dac
 teur en chef de la Revue de l鈥檃rbitrage depuis 2000. Il enseigne le droit 
 interne et international de l鈥檃rbitrage et les modes alternatifs de r猫glem
 ent des conflits et intervient en tant qu鈥檃rbitre et consultant dans des a
 rbitrages internes ou internationaux. Il est l鈥檃uteur de nombreuses public
