  Mr. Fraser has been involved in many important issues concerning the lang
 uage rights of Canadians.  Linguistic Rights 9I��������� is a Faculty of Law st
 udent-operated working group whose principal aim is to promote\, study\, a
 nd advance the rights and freedoms of Canada's linguistic minority communi
 ties.
