Th e talk will explore legal and policy responses to address this phenomenon\ , including creative interpretation of existing international law\, and th e adoption of a new multilateral instrument. It will also discuss the deve loping jurisprudence in New Zealand’s courts.\n\nLa conférencière\n\n[En a nglais seulement] Hanna Haile is a Steinberg Post-Doctoral Fellow at the M cGill Center for Human Rights and Legal Pluralism.
