 ts to provide a better understanding of the system of dual ownership of tr
 ust property. Through comparative studies of the dual ownership of trust a
 ssets in common law and the introduction of trusts in civilian jurisdictio
 ns (i.e. Scots law and Quebec law)\, it examines the Trust Law of China an
 d proposes amendments to Chinese trust law.  Biographie  Ruiqiao Zhang est
