 se).  Cette semaine\, nous accueillons J. Clifton Fleming (BYU J. Reuben C
 lark Law School)  (En anglais seulement). Professor Fleming is the Ernest 
 L. Wilkinson Chair and professor of law at BYU’s J. Reuben Clark Law Schoo
 l where he teaches courses on US and international tax law\, European Unio
 n law\, and public international law. Previously\, he has been the Fulbrig
 ht Distinguished Chair at the Vienna University of Economics and Business\
 , the Fulbright visiting professor of law at the University of Nairobi\, a
 nd the Professor-in-Residence for the IRS Chief Counsel’s Office.
