 sera prononcée en anglais.  Résumé  Cette présentation expliquera comment 
 un mouvement populaire impliquant des millions de personnes a réussi à vai
 ncre des politiciens\, Hollywood et le lobby du droit d'auteur\, au nom d'
 un 'Internet libre et ouvert.' Les gens ont utilisé Facebook\, Twitter\, d
 'autres médias sociaux\, les blogues et les sites Web pour organiser et la
 ncer des protestations contre SOPA et ACTA\, deux propositions controversé
 es du droit d'auteur aux États-Unis et l'Union européenne\, que beaucoup c
 raignaient conduiraient à la censure de l'Internet. Les participants appre
 ndront comment l'Internet a aidé les gens qui se battent pour leurs libert
 és - et à stopper de puissants lobbyistes et l'industrie du divertissement

 Le conférencier  (en anglais seulement) Professor Edward Lee teaches inter
 national intellectual property law\, copyright law\, and trademark law. He
  joined IIT Chicago-Kent's faculty in 2010 as a professor of law and direc
 tor of the Program in Intellectual Property Law.  His research focuses on 
 the ways in which the Internet\, technological development\, and globaliza
 tion challenge existing legal paradigms. He also writes extensively about 
 the Framers' understanding of the Free Press Clause as a limit on using th
 e Copyright Clause to restrict technologies. In addition to numerous artic
 les\, he co-authored a leading casebook with Daniel Chow titled Internatio
 nal Intellectual Property: Problems\, Cases\, and Materials (West Group 20
