He has published widely in ethical theory\, practical ethics\, an d the philosophy of death and dying. His books include Suicide: The Philos ophical Dimensions (Broadview\, 2011)\, Understanding Kant’s Ethics (Cambr idge University Press\, 2016)\, and Grief: A Philosophical Guide (Princeto n University Press\, 2022). He is the editor of several scholarly collecti ons\, including Immortality and the Philosophy of Death (Rowman and Little field\, 2015)\; Procreation\, Parenthood\, and Educational Rights (Routled ge\, 2017)\; The Future of Work\, Technology\, and Basic Income (Routledge \, 2019)\; The Movement for Black Lives: Philosophical Perspectives (Oxfor d University Press\, 2020)\; New Directions in the Ethics of Assisted Suic ide and Euthanasia\, revised edition (Springer\, 2023)\; Debating a Post-W ork Future (Routledge\, forthcoming)\; and the Oxford Handbook of the Phil osophy of Suicide (forthcoming). He is the the co-editor of the textbook E xploring the Philosophy of Death and Dying: Classic and Contemporary Persp ectives (Routledge\, 2020). His work has also appeared in a number of scho larly journals\, including Ethics\, Mind\, Philosophical Studies\, Philoso phy and Phenomenological Research\, Free and Equal\, and Oxford Studies in Normative Ethics.
