 e multi-term courses (N1/N2 courses that started in the Winter\, skip the 
 Summer and are completed in the Fall term) may web withdraw (grade of “W”)
  from the N1 course on Minerva until May 15\, and after May 15 until Sept.
  18 by contacting their faculty Student Affairs Office (no refund for N1 c
 ourse\; fee refund with web drop of Fall N2 course). NOTE: No withdrawals 
 from Education Intensive courses. NOTE: Deadline for newly-admitted studen
 ts beginning their graduate thesis program in a Summer Term of Residence t
 o withdraw from the University\, with fee refund (less deposit or $200 min
 imum charge).
