 imilar social networking sites\n	why academics are making use of Twitter\n	w
 hat constitutes Twitter etiquette (including tacit norms\, hidden curricul
 a or social graces of tweeting)\n	how to set up an account and log in\n	what
  are common hashtags to use for HPE/HSE research\n\n\nand will discuss:\n
 \n\n	how to use Twitter to support their research and scholarly needs\n	who 
 we should be following on Twitter\n	how to foster KT of IHSE research and p
 romote our academic community\n\n\nThe workshop is intended to be interact
 ive and informal.\n	In preparation\, please bring a device on which you can
  access Twitter. A separate device (tablet\, phone etc.) may be helpful bu
 t you can also access it through a browser in a separate window on your la
 ptop or desktop.\n\nwww.Twitter.com\n\nNote that this session is designed 
 for the Twitter novices. Everyone is welcome to attend and participate but
