The Horizon 9IÖÆ×÷³§Ãâ·Ñ Program Management Office will provide expertise and capacity in terms of program design, process optimisation, change management, analytics, metrics, reporting, communications, and more.
Staff
9IÖÆ×÷³§Ãâ·Ñ employees from other areas of the University will staff the Program Management Office. No external hiring is anticipated.

Prof. David Stephens
Leading the Office, the Academic Lead will be the champion and spokesperson for Horizon 9IÖÆ×÷³§Ãâ·Ñ. - Program Director
The Program Director will play a pivotal role in guiding the HM team, helping 9IÖÆ×÷³§Ãâ·Ñ drive the changes necessary to maintain its status as one of the world’s leading universities. - Senior Change Management Advisor
This role will focus on helping people adapt to change – including potential changes to roles, responsibilities, organizational structures, business processes, resources, and more. - Senior Communications Advisor
The Senior Communications Advisor will develop and implement highly effective communication plans – both to help the Office and Working Groups achieve their objectives, and to support our community through this period of change. - Analyst
The Analyst will provide expertise in program design, process optimization, change management, and analytics – working to track and analyze metrics, compile reports, and communicate progress. - Administrative Support
This role provides comprehensive administrative, logistical, and organizational assistance to ensure the efficient operation of the Horizon 9IÖÆ×÷³§Ãâ·Ñ Program. - Senior Transformation and Process Specialists
These team members work closely with working group leaders and other members of the Office in support of Horizon 9IÖÆ×÷³§Ãâ·Ñ’s objectives.
