Undergraduate Advising Services
Notice to students in advance of course registration for 2025-2026
Due to the large volume of emails that advisors receive as we approach the opening of course registration for next year at the end of May for returning students and throughout June for new students, please note that responses may take some time. Michelle will be prioritizing registration enquiries for returning students throughout the rest of May. For all other enquiries, expect delays. Please be mindful not to flood Michelle's inbox - do not send multiple emails about the same issue. Try to ask all your questions in a single email as this will make things easier for your advisor.听
Virtual appointments during this period will be limited to 15 minutes per student, however availability is limited due to time constraints and other tasks. If no appointments are available, please check the booking site again in a few days via the button below, or send your questions over email. You may also consider dropping by Michelle's office once office hours resume on May 21st (see details below). Do not email to ask for a virtual meeting if none are available on the booking site.
Note that the classes listed in Minerva and VSB may still see some changes before registration begins as units work to verify and finalize things.
