 e the link between microaggressions and systems of oppression\n	Recognize t
 he complexity\, nuance and impacts of microaggressions\n	Consider how to fo
 ster work environments which minimize microaggressions taking place\n\n\n
 \n	Please note: This workshop is designed as part of a series. Part 1 is Mi
 croaggressions in the Workplace and Part 2 is Microinterventions in the Wo
 rkplace. We strongly recommend that participants complete Part 1 prior to
