In practice\, even with well-d efined estimands and well-designed trials\, some amount of missing data ca n be expected\, or it may be impossible to obtain usable (non-confounded) data for a specific estimand for some subjects during the periods of non-a dherence. This presentation will review missing data treatment in light of the current regulatory landscape. We will discuss the evolution of thinki ng regarding what constitutes a useful estimand for different decision mak ers\, usability of data during treatment non-adherence\, some common analy sis strategies\, and open questions. \n\nSEE PDF FOR DETAILS\n DTSTART:20170221T203000Z DTEND:20170221T213000Z SUMMARY:SEMINAR: Current trends and open questions in dealing with treatmen t non-adherence and missing data in the clinical trials regulatory environ ment URL:/epi-biostat-occh/channels/event/seminar-current-t rends-and-open-questions-dealing-treatment-non-adherence-and-missing-data- clinical-265535 END:VEVENT END:VCALENDAR
