 OD\, PhD\n\nNisha Pulimood is a neuroscientist with expertise spanning mol
 ecular neuroscience\, stem cell-based disease modeling\, and clinical tria
 l management for rare neurological disorders. As Team Lead for Investigato
 r-Initiated Trials\, she oversees grant development\, protocol design\, re
 gulatory submissions\, and site operations across Canada.\n\n \n	 \n\nTHERE
 SA DEGENHARD\, PhD\n\nTheresa Degenhard manages the Platform for Advanced 
 Clinical Therapies (PACT)\, supporting investigators in translating late-s
 tage novel therapeutics into clinical trials. A graduate of the JMSB’s Lif
 e Science Entrepreneurship Development Program\, Theresa combines scientif
 ic insight with business acumen to align research goals with funding and r
