She has worked on civ il and water infrastructure in Montreal\, and in growing suburbs: filtrati on plants\, treatment plants\, networks. She has also designed the natural ized pond at Montreal's Botanical Garden's tree house\, from a concrete po nd to an ecological and living aquatic environment.聽\n\nIn terms of city r esilience\, she was recently the project director of the Climate Change Ad aptation Plans for the Cities of Granby and Quebec City\, where each munic ipal department works on its adaptation plan and plans in an innovative wa y according to the new climate reality. At Arup\, she is now working on ne ighborhood resilience and stormwater management. He holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the Unive rsity of Alberta\, and an MSc and PhD in Aerospace Engineering from ISAE-S upaero in Toulouse\, France.\n\nCurrently\, as a Sustainability Officer at Airbus Canada\, Logan is responsible for coordinating the company's susta inability roadmap and projects. His role includes overseeing ESG regulator y monitoring and advocating for corporate sustainability goals. She worked as a Senior Solar Energy Assessme nt Analyst at Vaisala from 2015 to 2018\, where she performed probabilisti c modeling of the energy yield of utility-scale photovoltaic (PV) plants w orldwide and lead Vaisala鈥檚 R&D in this field. She was a Research Officer with Natural Resources Canada鈥檚 CanmetENERGY research centre from 2005 to 2014\, and rejoined CanmetENERGY in 2018 as a Research Scientist in the Re newable Energy Integration group. Her research interests include PV system performance and modeling\, solar resources\, and renewable energy integra tion into electricity grids.\n\nDr. Pelland is the Canadian representative to the International Energy Agency Photovoltaic Systems Programme Task 16 on 鈥淪olar Resource for High Penetration and Large Scale Applications鈥.
