 o upload them to an IT approved cloud solution?\n\nI would like to use a s
 oftware that is not yet approved by IT Services. Do I need to go through a
  vetting process?\n\nI need to transcribe interviews using X software. Can
  I use that software to perform transcriptions of the recordings and/or co
