 demonstrates change management skills\, project management skills\, team l
 eadership\, and understands team dynamics. Black Belts aim for breakthroug
 h improvements.\n\n\nBlack Belts will learn how to:\n\n \n\n\n	Lead complex
  and multifunctional process improvement or process design projects\n	Manag
 e projects using a roadmap that encompasses change management\n	Identify an
 d optimize the key factors that are linked to the customers needs in a pro
 cess or product\n	Analyze data and information to demonstrate and prove the
  way forward\n	Achieve successful breakthroughs in environments where resis
 tance is a challenge\n\n\nYou'll be given the tools and training for strat
 egic deployment planning\, change management\, team decision making\, anal
 ysis\, statistics\, project management\, and artificial intelligence .\n\n
 Register now\n\n\nBlack Belt Certification\n\nHigh certification standards
  are applied to ensure the highest level of knowledge\, recognition\, and 
 credibility. A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certificate will be awarded throu
 gh 9IÖÆ×÷³§Ãâ·Ñ and the Council for Six Sigma Certification and signe
 d by a Certified Master Black Belt. The certification requirements are the
  following:\n\n\n	Complete 1 project from definition to implementation\, in
 cluding controls\n	Pass interim exams\n	Pass final exam\n\n\nPlease note tha
 t coaching will be provided throughout project completion (16 hours of coa
 ching).\n\nPrerequisites\n\n\n	Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from
  9IÖÆ×÷³§Ãâ·Ñ. Other Green Belt certifications are welcome and will b
 e assessed for content equivalence.\n	2 years of work experience (in any fi
 eld).\n	Exceptions will be reviewed case-by-case.\n\n\nWhat's included\n\n
