 ellette is Senior Vice-President of Technology and\nShared Services of Des
 jardins Group. He is responsible for\noverseeing IT development for Desjar

 ps and procurement\nagreements and implementing shared services to improve
  the\neffectiveness of common business processes.\nAn engineer\, Mr. Ouell
 ette began his career at Accenture\, one of\nthe largest global business c
 onsulting firms. For 19 years\, the\nlast 5 of which as partner\, he led a
  number of projects in the area\nof information system design and implemen
 tation\, business process\nreengineering and shared services centre implem
 entation.\nBefore joining Desjardins Group in May 2009\, Mr. Ouellette hel
 d\nthe position of Vice President & Chief Information Officer at\nAlcan. H
 is international mandates included using technology to\noptimize business 
 performance. He was also responsible for the\nstrategic coordination of th
 e company's shared services initiatives\nin the area of information techno
 logy\, finance and human\nresources.\nA graduate of the École Polytechniqu
 e de Montréal of the\nUniversité de Montréal\, Robert Ouellette is a membe
