 ear from a series of guest\nspeakers from several different fields and lea
 rn about\nleadership while networking with industry\nrepresentatives. On S
 aturday\, March 12\, a\ncase competition will take place\, where teams of
 \n4-5 students are given 2 hours to prepare a solution to a\npredetermined
  case. Students must utilize the unique skills of one\nanother to collabor
 ate in preparing creative recommendations that\nfocus on management\, mark
 eting\, ethics\, social responsibility and\nfinancial prosperity. Students
  will then deliver their 20-minute\nPowerPoint presentation to a panel of 
 judges consisting of\ncompany representatives and faculty executives\,\nfo
 llowed by a 10 minute Q&A period.\nDMLS is a great chance for first year s
 tudents to practice their\ncritical thinking and presentation skills and t
 o network with peers\nand representatives from the corporate world. First
