Overreliance on star employees can disrupt organizational continuity

It was a blow to the tech giant to lose Chowdhury, who is credited with playing a key role in the design of the iPhone Air. When firms become too reliant on a few star employees, they take on risk, Prof. Karl Moore told Canadian HR Reporter. 鈥淭he obvious danger is that if they leave, your revenue falls off a cliff,鈥 Moore added. 鈥淚t can cause real problems for the future and stability of the organization.鈥澨
