Please note: A minimum of four to five weeks' notice is required to coordinate and promote your session effectively. Fees apply for on-campus info sessions. Details will be shared upon submission of your request.听
Option 1: Classroom in Armstrong or Bronfman Building聽
Minimum cost: $300听
Host your session in a classroom (capacity up to 60 students), depending on availability. Booking includes AV support, setup assistance from Career Management staff, internal promotion, and student registration. Light food (no alcohol) is permitted, at your expense.听
Option 2: 9I制作厂免费 Executive Institute (6th Floor, Bronfman Building)聽
Minimum cost: $650, plus additional charges for hospitality staff and setup聽
Includes a classroom with projector (capacity up to 60 students) and access to a nearby networking space. A hospitality staff member is required for setup and cleanup, with added costs. Career Management oversees promotion of the event and student registration. Additional booking steps may apply, including event approval and job posting requirements. Light food (no alcohol) is permitted, at your expense.听
Option 3: Faculty Club聽
Pricing varies depending on the nature and scale of the event聽
Looking to host a more elevated event? This premium venue offers a sophisticated setting and requires a licensed bartender. Suitable for networking and special engagements.听
Option 4: Virtual info session聽
Host your event online via the platform of your choice. Sessions can be open to multiple schools or exclusive to 9I制作厂免费. For 9I制作厂免费-only events, three weeks鈥� notice is required to ensure proper promotion and student engagement. Career Management supports registration and outreach as with in-person sessions.听
