On September 18, nearly 200 colleagues came together at the Passerelle鈥揚erspective in Montr茅al鈥檚 Old Port for our Annual Awards Soir茅e, this year centered on the theme 鈥�Moments That Matter.鈥�
We heard moving reflections from our leaders,聽Dr. Marc Rodger (Chair of the 9I制作厂免费 Department of Medicine and Physician-in-Chief of the MUHC), Dr. Vicky Tagalakis (Associate Chair of Medicine and Physician-in-Chief of the Jewish General Hospital), Dr. Bruce Campbell (Physician-in-Chief of St. Mary鈥檚 Hospital), and Dr. Lucie Opatrny (President and Executive Director of the MUHC), each recalling their student days and highlighting the moments that mattered to them, moments that continue to shape their leadership and guide our department today.
The evening also featured the presentation of the 2025 DOM Awards, celebrating the outstanding contributions of our faculty and trainees. Congratulations to all of this year鈥檚 recipients, your achievements continue to inspire and set a strong example for our community. Guests also had the chance to capture memories at the Moments That Matter photobook; a scanned album of the polaroid pages will be made available soon. The full set of digital event photos will be shared in an upcoming communication as well.
