 e is also a liaison supervisor. Ms. Barylak has developed evidence-based t
 raining for seniors and caregivers\, and she lectures in the field of soci
 al gerontology and knowledge transfer.聽 She facilitates 鈥淒ear Lucy\,鈥� an o
 nline show about caregiving funded by the WellMed Foundation in the U.S.聽 
 She founded and\, for many years\, managed the Caregiver Support Centre at
  the CLSC Rene-Cassin\, a multi-service respite centre for family and info
 rmal caregivers. Ms. Barylak received the Queen鈥檚 Jubilee Award for her ro
 le in developing a national coalition to support caregivers across Canada.

  personal daily care and provide some tips for what caregivers can do when
