 s of dementia \n\nCarmen Desjardins\, BSc(N) is Program Manager of the Dem
 entia and Psychiatric Comorbidities Program at the Douglas Research Instit
 ute.   She was the chief and founder of the Behavioural and Psychological 
 Symptoms of Dementia (BPSD) ambulatory team of the Montreal West Island In
 tegrated University Health and Social Services Centre (CIUSSS l'Ouest-de-l
 'Île-de-Montréal).  She has been involved in implementing their Alzheimer’
 s plan and is a member of the panel of experts who develop MSSS guidelines
  for treating BPSD and for the Centre of Excellence on Longevity. \n\nMs. 
 Desjardins will talk about her work at the Moe Levin Centre at the Douglas
  Research Institute\, including the behavioural and psychological symptoms
  of dementia and how to manage them. \n\nThis webcast is free and open to
